Remote Support

Buffalo Time Clock, Inc. believes in offering our customers the best in support, we achieve this by having options for remote support.

Most customers are very happy with our internet based support using Linktivity, however customers occasionally have special needs or requests.  We regularly work with Netmeeting, PC Anywhere, and Linktivity, but if your company has a special request for remote sessions we will be more than happy to review the options we have available.
